Guidist is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers.
The data provided to the application is divided into several categories, such as names and mobile numbers, and is subject to registration and service confirmation to provide a reliable experience and ensure that the customer's data or requests reach the appropriate place. The application is also provided with other information according to the other services provided, such as hotel addresses for delivering some event tickets that require manual delivery, as well as other information such as device identification number, IP address, and application browsing information.
The collected data is used to ensure compliance with the commitments that fall under the application's responsibility to provide the requested services, communicate with the customer when necessary, and provide data modification and request update features through the application.
The provided data is also used to send reservations through them, such as text messages to mobile numbers or email addresses, and each person is responsible for providing accurate information.
